LVN to RN Fall 2025 Application Period open on Monday January 13, 2025 and closes on Monday March 03, 2025 through NursingCAS. Please go to the LVN to RN information page to review the required documents and the link to the actual applications.
Official Transcripts:
- Official Transcripts must be requested and submitted to NursingCAS only NOT sent to Allied Health or ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ. If you have listed Allied Health or ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ as the recipient for your transcripts, please correct immediately.
